440 Phantom Congressional Districts Get $6.4 Billion According to Recovery.gov
No matter what side of the aisle you prefer, this is our government spending our money judiciously. I just cannot see how our government can make any claim to managing National Heath Care in a manner most beneficial to its people. This is just madness folks.
